This document describes the Returns Policy for the items/goods/services/products that you order/purchase from fashionxboutique.com (the “Site”, “us”, “we”).


Our policy lasts 30 days after you have received your ordered products/services. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additional non-returnable items with no exceptions are gift cards and some health and personal care items.

Please do not send your purchase back to us or the manufacturer unless you have been advised to do so. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at support@fashionxboutique.com and we will advise you of next steps.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary and we are not responsible for the delay and not liable for sending.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Please note that only regular priced items will be eligible for refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you placed an order with multiple items, we will only refund the value of the item(s) returned, excluding shipping costs (if applicable). In case, if you had to return the multiple item orders in their entirety, we will refund the total value including your original shipping cost but excluding your returns cost.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Please note that items received with any human or animal hair will not be accepted and will not quality for any refund.

If you decide to return items that were sent separately then we strongly encourage you to return each items separately to avoid delays in processing refunds.

REFUND CLAIMS (due to refusal of customs fee)

Please note that all prices on our website, including shipping, are not inclusive of any country specific customs and/or import fees that you may be subject to. In case, you may choose not to pay customs fee and the item/parcel is sent back then any applicable postage and handling fees will be deducted from your refund.

If you're unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we strongly recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order as we will not be responsible for any such fees.

REFUND CLAIMS (due to undelivered items)

45-days order protection is our guarantee.

If you may not receive your order after 45 days after it was shipped given the parcel is still in transit, you are entitled for either a full refund or we will order the exact item for free with no exceptions.

However, if the parcel was shipped with tracking number we will obtain the shipment history and if it was determined that the parcel was delivered to your nominated address then you will be entitled for any refund claims and we apologies for any inconvenience this may cause to you.

LATE or MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please do the following:

  • First check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@fashionxboutique.com

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items only if they are defective or damaged. 

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@fashionxboutique.com and we will advise you of next steps.

If you intend to receive a different size or different product then you will have to place a new order via our website.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
