ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH TIME 

Once we, Fashionx Boutique, receive your payment we aim to process it within 24 hours however sometimes it may take up to 72 hours.

After your order is processed, we ship most orders within 1 or 2 business days. However, during sales or in festive seasons, the shipment process may take up to 4-5 business days. As we are committed to offer you best customer service, we will always keep you informed about your order status. 

Note - Please ensure that the shipment address is accurate else you will not be entitled for any refund claims for unclaimed parcel(s) due to errors in shipping address. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy

Multiple Orders

We are based in Australia with a strong collaboration with handpicked manufacturers and suppliers all over the world. Hence, as part of our stock management process and to ensure fast delivery, when we receive an order with multiple products, it may be possible that some items may get shipped to you separately from our different warehouses.

Standard Shipping

For all orders over $49.99 USD we offer FREE SHIPPING and for orders under $49.99 USD, unless there's a FREE SHIPPING promotional offer in place, there's a flat $2.99 USD shipping fee that will be added to your cart during checkout.

*Please note that in some countries where standard shipping option is not available, we will only offer express service but at an additional cost. In such cases, we will notify you before accepting any payment from you. 

Express Shipping 

For all orders over $249.99 USD we offer FREE Express Shipping.

For all other orders, if you wish to receive your item earlier we also offer Express Shipping at a reasonably lower extra cost. Please feel free to contact us at support@fashionxboutique.com to get a quote before you place an order online!

DELAYS

45-days order protection is our guarantee.

If you may not receive your order after 45 days after it was shipped, you are entitled for either a full refund or we will order the exact item (no exceptions) for free.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & OTHER TAXES

Please note that we are based in Australia but all prices on our website are in USD. The quoted item price on our website do not include your or any country specific local sales tax or customs import charges, which may be applied to your purchase upon entry to your country. 

If you're unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we strongly recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order as we will not be responsible to pay for any such fees. In case, you may choose not to pay customs fee and the item/parcel is sent back then any applicable postage and handling fees will be deducted from your refund.

If a transaction is flagged in our system, we reserve the right to conduct all applicable security checks to ensure the authenticity of the owner of the card or account. If the requested security compliance check is not met then, at our own discretion, we reserve the right to dishonour, cancel, and refund and report the transaction information with the relevant Fraud Prevention and Banking Authorities. 

Please note that if your order has been flagged for a security check, dispatch will be delayed until the requested information can be provided by the card or account holder and the delivery timeframe is subject to the dispatch date.
